     Johannes Hauter married Magdalena Schrag, daughter of Ulrich Schrag and Elizabeth Meier.¹ Johannes Hauter was born in 1735.¹ He died in 1791.¹

     Joseph Hauter married Katherina Hauter, daughter of Johannes Hauter and Susanne Kinsinger.² Joseph Hauter was born in 1784.¹ He married Barbara Schrag, daughter of Johannes Schrag and Christiane Esch, in 1809.¹

     Barbara Leopold was the daughter of Jakob Leopold and Elisabeth Schrag.¹ Barbara Leopold was Amish Mennonite.² She married Josef Stalter, son of Johannes Stalter and Maria Weiss.¹

     Jakob Leopold married Elisabeth Schrag, daughter of Caspar Schrag II and Elisabeth Weiss.¹

     Elisabeth Leyenberger was the daughter of Ulrich Leyenberger.¹ Elisabeth Leyenberger married Caspar Schrag I, son of Niklaus Schrag and Christina Scheidegger, on 9 August 1711 at Jebsheim, Alsace, France.¹

     Barbli Lowenberger married Hans Schrag II, son of Hans Schrag I and Maria Bardman.¹

     Madlena Lowenberger married Uli Schrag, son of Hans Schrag II and Barbli Lowenberger, before 1629.¹

      Elizabeth Meier was also known as Mayer.¹ She married Ulrich Schrag, son of Caspar Schrag I and Elisabeth Leyenberger, on 6 June 1735 at Ernstweilerhof, Zweibrucken, Pfalz, Germany; "Ulrich Schraag, son of Caspar, Anabaptist and tenant of Ernstweiler, was by magistrate's order married to Elisabeth Meyer on June 6, 1735, because of her being with child, Elizabeth was a servant girl from Switzerland."^2,3,1

     Elisabeth Miller married David Schrag, son of Caspar Schrag and Mary Stuckey.¹

     Sarah Miller married Peter Schrag, son of Caspar Schrag and Mary Stuckey.¹ Sarah Miller was born in 1802.¹ She died in 1848.¹

     Daniel Oesch married Catherine Schrag, daughter of Christian Schrag and Madeleine Gerber.¹ Daniel Oesch was born on 11 February 1822 at Walschbronn, France.¹ He died on 26 December 1907 at Brandelfing, France, at age 85.¹

     Jacob Oesch married Madeleine Schrag, daughter of Christian Schrag and Madeleine Gerber.¹ Jacob Oesch was born in 1809.¹

     Elsbeth Rami married Jost Schrag, son of Uli Schrag and Madlena Lowenberger, on 14 October 1667 at Wynigen, Burgdorf, Bern, Switzerland.¹
