There is a Catherine Rotman in the 1860 US census living in Wayne, OH, with Elias and Elizabeth Schrock. Her parents are listed as being born in Ireland.

In the 1870 US census in LeGrange, IN, Adam Greenawalt is a single farm laborer, living with Elias and Eliza Schrock. However, this is not the same family as the Elias and Elizabeth Schrock of Catherine Rohan. This family is found in the 1860 US census living in Elkhart, IN.

This makes for an interesting coincidence, Adam lives with and works for a Elias and Elizabeth Schrock, and then a few years later ends up marrying a woman who was raised by a different Elias and Elizabeth Schock.
